Description:

Sealed proposals for JACKSON WATER TREATMENT PLANT FILTER PIPE GALLERY IMPROVEMENTS  will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2020 UNTIL 1:30 PM.

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:  All process piping, equipment, supports, and related hardware in the within the limits shown on the Drawings (Filter Pipe Gallery and Low Service Pump Room) shall be prepared and coated with proposed protective coatings. Existing process piping materials, flow meters, valves, valve actuators, building mechanical equipment, and related electrical materials in the Filter Pipe Gallery and Low Service Pump Room shall be removed and replaced as indicated on the Drawings. Other work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq.  Paper copies of the drawings may be obtained from ABC Reproduction Company, 104 N. Blackstone St., Jackson, MI 49201, (517) 784-2972 or for a non-refundable fee of $55.46, plus shipping.
