Sealed proposals for DOWNTOWN SIDEWALKS AND PARKING LOT SNOW REMOVAL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT SIDEWALK AND PARKING LOT SNOW REMOVAL will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2021 until 10:00 AM.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Snow removal and ice control from approximately 13,000 total lineal feet of downtown sidewalk and 11 city-owned parking lots. Snow removal and ice control at the Jackson Police Department.
Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website.
Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM, 10TH FLOOR, 161 W. MICHIGAN AVENUE, JACKSON, MI 49201.
Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid a chance to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents.
