Inspection Information
Items to review in your building can be found on the Pre-Inspection Checklist to ensure efficiency and compliance during your inspection.
The program administers company level inspections which allow suppression personnel to become acquainted with the buildings and the types of conditions they might encounter should an emergency situation arise.
The Inspection Program is used to follow-up with information gathered in compliance with Fire Fighter Right-to-Know and SARA Title III survey data as required by state and federal regulations. There are approximately 1,680 businesses and commercial occupancies in the city that are inspected under this program.
IROL

The City of Jackson has partnered with IROL (Inspection Reports Online) to help in the compliance of suppression and alarm system. A link to the IROL website is included on this page.
