CodeRED
CodeRED is the City’s mass communication system. It is used to send information about emergencies concerning weather, water issues and street closures. It’s also used to communicate to residents about neighborhood meetings, events, and construction projects. You can sign up for CodeRED through our website.
Notify Me
Sign for email updates from the City using our Notify Me feature. Updates are sent out about City-related news, bid notifications, government meetings and events.
City Newsletter
The City mails out a City Newsletter to homes all over Jackson four times a year. The newsletters contain important City-related news, along with features that highlight positive news in the community. New issues are typically mailed at the start of every season. Copies of the newsletter can be found at City Hall, the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center, Boos Recreation Center, and Jackson District Library.
