The City of Jackson Human Relations Commission (HRC) is looking for three new members to fill ex-officio positions. The HRC advises and makes recommendations to City leaders concerning good human relations, combating discrimination within the community, and acting to promote needed change.
Ex-officios are non-voting members that serve on the commission as advisors from the business, health care and education communities. Applications for these positions are being accepted through the City website. Please submit a Board/Commission Application if you'd like to apply and select the "Human Relations Commission" option. The application deadline is Jan. 31, 2024.
