Residents in Jackson’s First Ward have an upcoming opportunity to meet with their City Council representative and learn the latest news from their neighborhood. City Councilmember Arlene Robinson is holding a neighborhood meeting for the City’s First Ward on Tuesday, July 18, 6:00 p.m. at the MLK Recreation Center.
Councilmember Robinson organized the meeting for residents to learn about new homes being built in the City, street construction projects, and a breakdown of how City taxes are used.
Ward 1 covers Jackson’s south side neighborhoods. All residents are welcome to attend. The MLK Recreation Center is located at 1107 Adrian St.
