[ARCHIVED] Racial Equity Commission looking for new members

Racial Equity Commission

The Racial Equity Commission is robustly seeking qualified applicants and invite you to apply today. We currently meet once a month on the first Tuesday of the month at 4:00pm and request that you also be available to participate in a subcommittee that would meet at a different time.

This volunteer position is tasked with among other things, making recommendations to City Council regarding racial equity in policy. Having strong knowledge in racial equity is a plus but not required.

The current commission is accomplishing much and encourage those who are interested in the work of racial equity to apply. An application to serve on the commission is available on the City website, select Racial Equity Commission as the commission you'd like to serve on
