Jackson residents who live in the area of the MLK Corridor Improvement Authority (MLKCIA) are being notified of an upcoming hearing at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 14 at 6:30 p.m.. Input is sought from residents about a proposed expansion of the authority district. The City's Department of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has put together an online presentation to inform residents about the work of the MLKCIA and what the expansion means for the neighborhood.
