[ARCHIVED] New voter registration cards mailed to City of Jackson residents

Voters 2020 voting

If you received a new voter information card in the mail recently, you're not alone! The City of Jackson Clerk's Office is mailing out updated voter information cards to all registered voters to reflect changes to City Ward, County Commission, State Representative, State Senate and U.S. Congressional boundaries.

Voters impacted by recent City Ward changes will get cards that include the name and address of their new polling place. These updates were automatically made by election officials. Residents do not need to take any further action. The changes do not impact the submission of completed absentee ballots.

23,000 cards were mailed by the City Clerk's Office the first week of July. Learn more about the upcoming Aug. 2 Primary Election and voting in the City of Jackson from the City website.
