[ARCHIVED] New look for City of Jackson water bills

water image

The City of Jackson Utility Billing Division has listened to the concerns of customers regarding the small postcard-sized billing and is upgrading to a yellow full sheet (8 ½ x 11) bill.  The new layout is streamlined, easier to read, and is more informative.  It provides plenty of space for billing items, customer information and reasons to contact the Utility Billing office.

Bills will also have an area dedicated to special upcoming events such as leaf collection and hydrant flushing, along with examples of ways residents can minimize water use.  The new cut-away section provides customers with all payment options and leaves over a half of sheet for the customer’s record keeping with all important information included.

Beginning in Aug. 2022, customers will be receiving the new bill format.  The City of Jackson believes this change will benefit all of our customers as we strive to provide the best possible service to the community. An example of the new water bill format is included on this page.
