The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Replacement of approximately 450 lead service lines from the water main to the water meter, including all associated pavement, sidewalk, and turf restoration, within the project area bounded by West Ave to the west, Michigan Ave to the north, Martin Luther King Jr. Dr to the east, and Prospect Rd and Audubon Blvd to the south in the City of Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan. Major bid items include: Water Service, 1" (curb box to house) – 448 EA; Long-Side Water Service, 1" (Main to Curb box) – 174 EA; Short-Side Water Service, 1" (Main to Curb box) – 174 EA; Curb Stop and Box on Water Service, 1" – 448 EA; Remove and Replace Road (Local) for Water Service Tap – 250 EA; Water Service Reconnection – 450 EA.
